Fictitious Students (SHUFFLE)
On the virtual meeting platform ‘BlindDate’, fictional students with impairments, chronic or mental health illnesses offer you an insight into their everyday student life. This includes strategies and assistive technologies, as well as the barriers these students face. As teaching staff, you too can play a significant role in promoting accessibility at your university, and through “BlindDate” you can learn how to avoid barriers in your own teaching with specific practical recommendations. Take a look at the individual personas and find out more.
‘BlindDate’ was developed as part of the project ‘SHUFFLE – Hochschulinitiative digitale Barrierefreiheit für Alle’. The information presented on the personas was taken from that project.
