Inclusor

An inclusor is a person, measure or structure that actively contributes to promoting inclusion – that is, ensuring that all people, regardless of disability, background, gender or other characteristics, can participate on an equal footing. Inclusators identify barriers, work to remove them and consciously design spaces, services or processes to be diverse and accessible. The term is to be understood as the counterpart to an ‘excluder’ (something or someone that excludes) and is used primarily in educational and social science contexts.
