Induction system/Inductive hearing system/Induction loop

An inductive hearing system is a system that converts audio signals (e.g. speech from a microphone) into electrical signals via an induction loop. These signals generate a magnetic field that is received wirelessly by hearing aids or cochlear implants fitted with an integrated T-coil (telephone coil). Induction loops can be permanently installed in a room or integrated into portable devices. This enables people with hearing impairments to receive sound directly and clearly in their hearing aids, without any distracting background noise.
